Artwork & Logo Use

Runback assumes no liability for the reproduction of registered logos, trademarks, or copyrights.  Each customer must obtain approval for the use of such logos prior to submitting to Runback.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of custom products we are unable to offer returns or refunds on custom orders. Once the design and order are signed off on the sale is final.

However, in the event that a garment is damaged such as piling, tears, or scratches to the fabric or if there is a discrepancy between the final product and the final mockup please contact us. We will treat each concern on a case by case basis and work with you to determine a solution to the problem.

Shipping

We use UPS for all of our custom sublimated order shipping. The cheapest method of shipping will be used unless an order needs to be to a destination by a certain date.

Design Requirements

Design Timeframe

After submitting our ‘Create Your Design’ form you can expect a first mockup within the following timeframe:

  • Stock Design (2-3 business days)
  • Semi Custom Design (3-5 business days)
  • Custom Design (5-10 business days)

Providing as many details as possible about the design, proper vector artwork from the beginning, and keeping feedback emails to a minimum will help to speed up the entire process.

Vector Format

We require vector format artwork in order to properly display logos, graphics, and patterns on your apparel.  Vector format most commonly comes in either (.ai) (.eps) or (.svg) file types. Sometimes high quality (.pdf) files will work.

If you are unable to obtain vector format artwork we are able to clean up and convert into high quality, vector versions.  The cost is a one time charge of $50 per logo and we will send you the completed logo upon request.

Colour Matching

If your artwork requires colour matching, please provide the specific Pantone numbers for us to match. Because of the sublimation process, matching Pantone colours is a little different than typical printing.

Proprietary methods of colour matching have been developed to ensure an accurate reproduction of special colours.

Production

Turnaround Time

Once your design has been approved and order submitted we will begin the production phase. You can expect at most times of the year a 4-5 week (20-25 business day) production turn around. This does not include shipping time.

At peak times of the year (mid August through October) please allow for 5-6 weeks (25-30 business days).

All orders will be shipped ground, unless a specific delivery date is requested that would require overnight/expedited shipping.

Rush Options

We offer the ability to rush an order through production. Please note that they are subject to production department approval.

Our rush options include:

Firm (15 business days or less) + $200
Peel (10 business days or less) + $350
Uber Peel (5 business days) + $500

*Once approved by our production department, these are guaranteed

Runback 'Right Fit'

We offer the ability to make adjustments to our standard sizing. If required you can add (TALL +2″) or remove (SHORT -2″) from the body and/or sleeve lengths for just $5 per garment.

We also offer more customized adjustments. For an additional $10 per garment we can add or remove a variety of lengths from the body and/or sleeve lengths.
